Wear Sunscreen

Sun damage to the skin is one of the biggest causes of washed-out and puffy skin. You should protect yourself from it no matter what temperature it is outside. Overexposure to the sun and its UV rays ages your skin much quicker than is natural. Your moisturizer and makeup may also have sunscreen in them, but it will likely not be enough to protect you entirely. You should look for something that has at least SPF 30.

Daily Moisturizer 

If you find that your skin routine causes you to run around in the morning and rush, then you may see that you forget to moisturize. Other than sunscreen, your moisturizer is one of the most important tools in your skincare arsenal. If your skin is oily, dry or anything in between, getting the right kind of moisturizer will change your skin and bring it back to life.

Look After Your Body and Skin

There can be nothing better than taking a warm bath at the end of the day. It is luxurious and calming. However, if you do not do it right, then your skin will become flaky and dry. To prevent your bath from giving you dry skin then you should keep it at a reasonably warm temperature. Do not use scalding hot water. Also, you should not sit in it for too long. Any more than ten minutes will irritate your skin as much as staying in the sun too long.
